SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

As our products are shipped from overseas suppliers, please allow 15–45 business days for delivery to EU countries. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures and local postal services.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Customs & Duties

For orders delivered within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. All applicable taxes are included in the product price.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 60 days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
